From Interstate 26 going in the direction of Spartanburg, take the Rutherfordton-Shelby Exit (Highway 74). Take Exit 181 (Spindale). At the sixth traffic light, turn right onto Daniel Road. There is a large Pontiac dealership on your left and a Honda dealership on your right. At the four way stop, turn right onto Withrow Road. At the next traffic light, go straight. Withrow Road becomes Hudlow Road. Approximately one half mile, the Hospice House is on the right.

From Shelby:
