From Hendersonville/Asheville:
Take I-26 East toward Spartanburg
Take the US-74 E/NC-108 exit, EXIT 67 toward Columbus/Rutherfordton
Merge onto US-74 East
Take EXIT 181 Spindale. At the sixth traffic light, turn right onto Daniel Road.
At the four way stop, turn right onto Withrow Road. At the next traffic light, go straight. Withrow Road becomes Hudlow Road. Travel approximately 1/2 mile. The Hospice House is on the right.
From Charlotte/Shelby:
From I-85 South, take EXIT 10B US-74 W toward Kings Mountain/Shelby.
Follow US-74 W East Dixon Boulevard.
Take EXIT 181 Spindale. At the fifth traffic light, turn right onto Daniel Road.
At the four way stop, turn right onto Withrow Road. At the next traffic light, go straight. Withrow Road becomes Hudlow Road. Travel approximately 1/2 mile. The Hospice House is on the right.
Hickory/Greensboro/Raleigh:
Take I-40 West toward Asheville.
Take the US-64 exit, EXIT 103 toward Morganton/Rutherfordton.
Turn left at the traffic light onto US-64. Travel 25.9 miles. Turn left onto Hudlow Road. Continue 4.9 miles. The Hospice House is on the left.
From Greenville/Spartanburg:
Take I-85 North toward Spartanburg. Merge onto I-26 West via EXIT 70 toward Asheville.
Merge onto US-74 East via EXIT 67 toward Forest City.
Take EXIT 181 Spindale. At the fifth traffic light, turn right onto Daniel Road.
